Housekeeping Supervisor | The Leaf Jimbaran

The Leaf Jimbaran, urgently need potential candidate to fill the position of
Housekeeping Supervisor.

Hiring Requirements

  1. Minimum 2 years experience as an Housekeeping Supervisor
  2. Must be able to efficiently assist in managing a team and Housekeeping personnel
  3. Ability to read, write and speak fluently in English, additional languages preferred
  4. Refined verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Service oriented style with professional presentations skills
  6. Hotel/Hospitality degree an asset
  7. Poss the following strengths: high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, effective communicator, effective in providing exceptional customer service and ability to improve the bottom line
  8. Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills
  9. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  10. Train housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks
  11. Oversee staff on a daily basis
  12. Check rooms and common areas, including stairways and lounge areas, for cleanliness
  13. Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence
  14. Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards
  15. Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job
  16. Respond to customer complaints and special requests
  17. Able to start immediately.
