We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Villa Manager to oversee the operations of our property in the Uluwatu area. The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry, preferably in villa/boutique hotel management.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Guest-oriented mindset with a strong background in providing exceptional guest experiences.
  • Familiarity with and understanding of the lifestyle and preferences of guests in the Uluwatu area.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver outstanding service.
  • Sales and data savvy, with the ability to analyze data and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue.
