We are a dynamic and rapidly expanding multi-property management company based in the vibrant area of Canggu. With a portfolio of 90 properties and an ambitious goal to manage over 200 properties within the next 18 months, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Revenue and E-commerce Manager to join our team and help drive our growth.
*Role Overview:*
As a Revenue and E-commerce Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maximizing the revenue and profitability of our property portfolio through effective distribution management and e-commerce strategies. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance the online presence of our properties, optimize pricing and availability, and collaborate with various teams to achieve our revenue goals. This role offers the potential for growth, as you will have the opportunity to build and lead a team as our company expands.
*Key Responsibilities:*
• *Distribution Management:* Oversee and manage the distribution channels for our properties across various online platforms, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is consistently presented to potential guests.
• E-commerce Strategy:* Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to increase direct bookings through our website, enhancing user experience and conversion rates
• Revenue Optimization:* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to adjust our rates and availability in real-time, maximizing revenue potential.
• Channel Partnerships:* Build and maintain strong relationships with online travel agencies (OTAs) and other distribution partners to secure advantageous partnerships and promotions.
• Data Analysis:* Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for revenue growth, such as seasonal trends, demand patterns, and customer preferences.
• Collaboration:* Work closely with the marketing, sales, and property management teams to align strategies, promotions, and campaigns that drive revenue growth.
• Performance Tracking:* Implement performance tracking mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of distribution strategies, making necessary adjustments as needed.
• Team Leadership:* As our company expands, there is potential for you to build and lead a team of revenue and e-commerce professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
*Qualifications:*
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience of 3+ years in revenue management, e-commerce, or distribution management within the hospitality or property management industry
• Strong understanding of online distribution channels, OTAs, and e-commerce platforms.
• Proficiency in revenue management and analytics tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with leadership experience or potential.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
